1. Refund Eligibility
At MockupStack, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all PRO subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the PRO features, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, your usage of the PRO account must meet the following criteria:
- Your account has not exported more than 15 high-quality (e.g., 2x, 3x, or 4x scale) mockups during the 14-day period.
- Your account has not abused the service, bypassed rate-limiting security layers, or violated our Terms of Service.
- The refund request is submitted within exactly 14 days of the payment timestamp.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 14-day window has expired.
- Subscriptions that have exceeded the mockup export limit outlined in Section 1.
- Renewal payments (monthly or annual renewals are non-refundable; you must cancel before the renewal billing date to avoid charges).
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., scraping, botting, hotlinking abuse).
3. Crypto Payment Refunds (Cryptomus Specifics)
For payments processed via **Cryptomus** using cryptocurrencies (such as BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, etc.):
- Refunds will be processed in the equivalent dollar amount of the subscription price at the time of purchase, paid out in the same cryptocurrency (or stablecoins like USDT) as selected during checkout.
- Network Fees (Gas Fees): Please note that blockchain network transaction fees required to send the refund will be deducted from the final refund amount. Network fees are determined by the blockchain network load and are non-refundable.
- Due to high market volatility, refunds cannot be adjusted for changes in cryptocurrency market values between the time of purchase and the time of refund processing.
4. Standard Currency Refunds (Creem)
For payments processed via credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal through Creem:
- Refunds will be credited directly back to the original payment source (credit card/PayPal account) used during purchase.
- Once processed, standard currency refunds typically take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
If you wish to stop future billing without requesting a refund, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain PRO active until the current billing cycle expires, and no further automatic charges will be made.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our billing support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The Transaction ID or Invoice Number from your payment receipt (Cryptomus or Creem).
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve the product!).
Our support team will review your request and verify eligibility within 24 to 48 business hours. If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.
